1. Privacy at a Glance

General Notes

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to the Privacy Policy listed below this text.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the Legal Notice (Impressum) of this website.

How do I collect your data?
Your data is collected partly because you provide it to me — for example by entering it into a contact form. Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website by my IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or the time the page was accessed).

What do I use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure the error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by: Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. The personal data collected on this website is stored on Vercel's servers. This may include in particular IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access data, and other data generated via a website.

Vercel is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of my online service by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Further information can be found in the Vercel Privacy Policy.

2a. Vercel Analytics

This website uses Vercel Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Vercel Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, referrer URLs, and general device information (browser type, operating system, country). No cookies are set and no personal data such as names or email addresses is collected.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour to optimise this website). Since processing takes place on servers in the USA, data transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Further information can be found in the Vercel Privacy Policy.

3. General Notes and Mandatory Information

Data Protection

The operator of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.

Note on the Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Abdurrahman Kiziltug
Einsteinstr. 5
63303 Dreieich
Germany
E-Mail: [email protected]

Revocation of Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of data processing carried out before the revocation is not affected by the revocation.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that I process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Access, Erasure, and Rectification

Within the scope of applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing and, where applicable, the right to have this data corrected or deleted. For this and other questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact me at any time.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Contact Form

If you send me enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there (name, email address, and any optional phone number, company, or message), will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5153, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), an email delivery service. Your submitted data is transmitted to Resend's servers solely for the purpose of sending the email to me. Resend does not use your data for its own purposes. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend. Data transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Further information can be found in the Resend Privacy Policy.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries directed to me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with me until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

This website uses cal.com for appointment scheduling. The provider is Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5153, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. When you use the booking widget, the data you enter (name, email, and any message) is transmitted to and processed by cal.com. Further information can be found in the cal.com Privacy Policy.

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website — for this purpose, server log files must be recorded.
